We collect the details you submit: name, email, company, country, contact details and inquiry contents. We use them to answer inquiries, retain your conversation history and manage account access.

A session cookie keeps you signed in. Your selected models and currency are stored in your browser. Marketing messages require separate consent.

Do not submit passwords, bank details or identity documents in comments. To request a copy of your data or account deletion, contact our team through the Telegram link on this site.

The sales desk uses an essential 30-day cookie to continue conversations in this browser. Questions are saved on site; submitting a request shares the conversation and list with our team. When AI is enabled, question text is processed by OpenAI; contact forms are not sent to the model. Channel clicks are aggregated by date, page and channel without identifying visitors.

We record on-site searches, viewed SKUs and counts, basket changes, visit times and entry pages to support buying and follow-up. We use a first-party session identifier, with no cross-site tracking or fingerprinting. Activity expires after 180 days by default. Email image loads and clicks are counted separately; an image load does not prove a person read it. Marketing subscriptions require confirmation and can be cancelled. Data deletion is available in your account; de-identified trade records remain.

Your buying profile may include country, city, business type, products, sales channels, purchasing budget and website. Our team uses these to handle your inquiries. You can edit or delete them in your account. Completing a profile does not give marketing consent.
